First Time Home Buyer Bond Money
The next issue of first time home buyer bond money will be October 2. The rates have not been released yet. This money is available to first time home buyers (haven't owned a home in the past two years) who qualify. As soon as the rates and qualifications are released, they will be posted here.
This is a statewide issue and to reserve your money, you must have a purchase contract in place. The money will be issued on a first come-first served basis.
